Can I personalize my irem?
Yes! Many of our designs allow you to personalize names, dates, or special wording. Simply enter your personalization details in the box on the product page before adding to cart.

Can I preview my personalization before ordering?
Please double-check spelling and dates carefully before submitting your order. We print exactly what you provide.

Can I change my order after placing it?
Because orders go into production quickly, changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible.

Production & Shipping

How long does it take to make my order?
All items are made to order. Production typically takes:

  • 2–5 business days for printing
  • Additional time for shipping depending on your location

How long is shipping?
Estimated shipping times:

  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–12 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, faster shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Where are your products made?
We partner with Printify’s professional print providers. Orders are produced and shipped from the closest facility to your location.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return personalized items?
Because each item is custom made, we do not accept returns for personalization errors provided by the customer.

However, we will replace or refund if:

  • Item arrives damaged
  • Print quality issues
  • Wrong item received
